Hi, Welcome! I’m Seyward. I am a physician assistant living in the midwest. After practicing medicine for 10 years, I took a year off of work for a solo international travel trip in 2021-2022 and was able to visit 27 countries. Afterward, I decided to pursue a new degree in International Affairs from the University of Maine and I graduated in May of 2025.

This blog documents my travel trip in 2021-2022, as well as a few trips since returning back to real life. My hope is to continue to have travel adventures and I will plan to document them here. Thank you for joining me!
